Hotels start at ₹3,000 per month for a property of up to 25 rooms, and ₹4,000 with the channel manager. Farmhouses, B&Bs and villas start at ₹1,000. That is one flat price for the property, not a charge per room, and it includes your direct booking page. Pay for the year and two months are free. ### Do you charge per room? No. Padosi is priced for the property. Adding a room does not change your bill, which is the opposite of how most hotel software in India is sold. ### Is the booking engine extra? No. Your direct booking page is included in both Essentials and Complete. Bookings that come through it carry no commission. ### What about the AI? The AI concierge for your guests and the AI assistant for your staff are included in both plans, along with onboarding and training materials. The AI call receptionist and the AI WhatsApp receptionist, which answer on your own number, are add-ons: calls are billed by the minute, WhatsApp is one flat price a month. ### What if we have more than 25 rooms, or several properties?
